As a necessary dynamic weighing equipment, the accuracy of electronic belt weigher is unavoidable fluctuate day after day,

which affects the profit of the enterprise. Therefore, the enterprise managers should pay attention to it.

    Although the belt conveyer is equipped with a constant belt tension automatic adjustment device, it can only adjust the tension

change caused by heat expansion and contraction, but it can not change the tension magnitude. Especially in summer, the effect

of accuracy caused by high temperature on the "thermal expansion" of the belt weigher is particularly obvious. This urgenltly needs

our operators to master some daily maintenance of the belt scale in summer.

       After a period of time use, the precision of the belt weigher must be checked, including zero point calibration (belt scale zero)

and chain code check (or physical check, hanging code check).

     If the electronic belt weigher is installed indoors, it is necessary to keep ventilation and dryness in the high temperature and rainy

season in summer, in order to prevent belt overheating adhesion affecting weighing accuracy.

    If the electronic belt scale is installed outside, all kinds of sensors and electronic devices on the frame must be symmetrically protected

againest rainwater, lightning and high temperature.

    Check whether the running of the belt has the phenomenon of deviation.

Do regular cleaning for conveyor belt scale, eliminating unnecessary interference factors affecting the accuracy of measurement.

    Summer thunderstorms always occurs, we must ensure that the scale has good grounding connection (including signal lines

and junction boxes and other metal conductor parts), otherwise electronic scale will be damaged by lightning.

    Do not weigh in thunderstorm weather, and cut off all the power supply for belt scale, to prevent electrostatic interference to

it caused by lightning.

    In the summer, the safety of production must be put into practice.
